It's not perfect, but It's nice

The spacious Luxury Queen Room offered comfort and cleanliness. An unexpected personal touch from the manager during my truck troubles turned an average experience into a nice one.

Location: the hotel was near North Dakota. Bed was very nice, room was reasonably large and attractive.

Fairly clean hotel, I loved very helpful staff. I got large room with climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave. The bed was comfortable, a bath worked well. The location was comfy, in the middle of jackson, in the very nice area. It was a pleasant stay, charming place.

Consider utilizing the onsite laundry facilities for convenience during longer stays.

I had a really comfortable stay! The room was spacious with a full kitchenette, and everything was clean and welcoming. The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi, but I'd definitely stay again.

Consider improving Wi-Fi connectivity!!! Housekeeping services could be more frequent and thorough!!! Communication with front desk needs to be streamlined, especially during busy check-in times!!!

The tv with cable was a lifesaver for our kids during downtime! The spacious suite allowed us to feel right at home. Having a kitchenette made cooking easy. We loved exploring the nearby parks for some fun family time.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be better.

I stayed in the Luxury Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night, and it was super spacious and clean! The beds were really comfy. I also liked the kitchen area-it had all the essentials, perfect for longer stays. The unique shower design was a nice touch, too. Wish I had more time to explore everything, but it was a solid spot for a quick stay!

Pretty cool overall the exercise room had some weights and a couple machines great to have to work off some calories the lounge atmosphere made it super inviting (loved the food specials too).

I loved how spacious my Luxury King Room felt, with a comfy bed, made it super easy to drift off into dreamland. Plus, the unique room design gave it a personalized feel that was such a treat! The on-site restaurant was a fantastic convenience.
